More than 30 attendees from around the world participated in the first annual Colorectal Conference sponsored by the Colorectal Center for Children and the Division of Pediatric General and Thoracic Surgery at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC on October 5-7. Luis De la Torre, MD, founding director of the Colorectal Center for Children, was the course director. International participants came from Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Denmark, Guatemala, Mexico, Norway, Peru, and Spain.
