Congratulations to Brian S. Zuckerbraun, MD, FACS, who has been selected for the role of Vice President, Quality, at UPMC Presbyterian Shadyside, effective December 1, 2021. In this new role, Dr. Zuckerbraun will lead organizational clinical quality and patient safety at UPMC Presbyterian Shadyside. He will work collaboratively with medical staff, patient care services, clinical services, finance, information services, managed care, and senior management. Along with the UPMC Presbyterian Shadyside Quality Committee, he will also evaluate, plan, and implement programs that facilitate clinical integration of services and promote quality outcomes.
