I choose UPMC because of the excellent high-volume surgical training, extensive and diverse research/academic opportunities, and the unparalleled culture of humanism, respect, and compassion that permeates from the top of the administration throughout the entire department.
Non-Academic Interests/Accomplishments
Fun facts about me include that I played the clarinet and saxophone for seven years, love to watch NBA basketball, and wrote a mystery novel.
